About Jason Katsapetses -

I was formally educated with a degree in Business Management and Architecture, after which I began my construction career in 1990.

 

During the next twenty five years, I executed many projects, residential and commercial, including such areas as Montecito, Padaro Lane, Fernald Point, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, along with Manhattan, Boston, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

 

In the course of my career, we have developed an affluent client base consisting of professional athletes, local celebrities, and business leaders that expect and require personal attention, confidentiality, and privacy.

Creativity:

I consider my work not just a project by as an artform. Creativity is achieved through a combination of our architectural creativity, as well as the input obtained through brainstorming sessions with the client. Our styles work together to create something that is as unique as our client. With each new client a new dream becomes reality.

Personal attention to each job:

 

Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process. I remain hands-on daily participating in much of the work myself. To ensure our clients' needs are satisfied we encourage our clients to participate and provide input during the design process.

Planning - Review your ideas and turn them into construction plans. Review bids, negotiate and implement start up. Choose proper materials, validate costs and purchase at wholesale/trade prices.

 

Construction - Insure safe job site, independent inspections, consult with architects, designers and tradesmen.

During your absence - Monitor job construction, job cleanliness, material inventory, and off limit spaces. Act as liaison and report progress updates via email with pictures.

 

Privacy - Correspond with tradesmen on behalf of the owner to relay wishes, change orders, and even criticism
